under "6. OFFICERS" I propose the
following officer name changes (to correct them after the by-law
changes made 2/25/10) and
add the age restriction
to hold position of officer in the club to this part of the By-Laws:
Change:
6. OFFICERS:
The officers shall be, President, Vice-President,
Secretary-Treasurer, Corresponding Secretary, Road Captain, Referee,
and Sergeant at Arms.

Treasurer, Secretary, Webmaster, Referee and Sergeant at Arms.
Officers shall be at least 18 years of age.
* Note: The same names of
Officers/Directors changed above also changed under "2. ELECTION OF DIRECTORS: (OFFICERS)"
to reflect the change in
Officers/Directors names approved by Club 2/25/10.
